A blue and red clad supervillain named Sabre, and a giant called Thrudvang are sent to capture the Swamp Thing by a mysterious organization called Colossus.

Sabre tracks Swamp Thing to Oregon where his brother - also a scientist is attempting to make Alec human again.

But will he succeed before Sabre can kill Alec?
